MOBILE DEVICE POLICY

The Board approved a new club wide mobile device policy as follows: Cell phones must be kept on silent or vibrate at all times. Except in the case of emergency, phone calls may be made or received only in the parking lot and locker room areas. Such calls are expected to be short and occur only when necessary. Mobile devices may be used discreetly for email and text (but not voice) communication throughout the club facilities, including the golf course, except that use of all electronic devices, whether email, text or voice, is strictly prohibited in dining areas. Electronic devices may be used at the pool, on silent or with headphones, without restriction.
